Haley started as an intern in 2013 while she was obtaining her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Wheeling Jesuit University. She was then hired as a behavior technician after graduation in 2014 while she continued her education at Ball State University with a Master’s of Art in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis on Autism graduating in 2016. Haley became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017 while assisting in developing the Independence Through Intervention program for pre-adolescents. Haley later became the Clinical Director and continued to assist in growing the program and expanding services for older clients. She enjoys networking, coming up with new ideas for the clinic, and training team members and community partners.
